Bound against the devil

Engineer Jasser dies of a sudden heart attack. When the inheritance is being distributed, his wife is surprised when the cleaning lady at the company tells her that she is married to Engineer Jasser and is pregnant with his child. His wife suspects that he killed her, so they take out his body and the investigation continues, during which she discovers many things that she did not know about him.
