Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy is effective as of 26th March 2025
- Cancelation without a reason
Right to cancel
You have a 14 (fourteen) days right to change your mind and get a full refund on the digital content you purchased from our shop (“Cancelation period”). The Cancelation period will expire after 14 (fourteen) days from the day of the conclusion of the purchase contract with us.
According to the section 37 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, You DO NOT have this right to cancel once a download has started within the Cancelation period.
!!! Be aware that according to the section 27 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 the cancelation right does not apply to the purchase of goods and/or services worth £42.00 (forty-two) (or an amount equal to £42.00 if the purchase made in a currency other that GBP) or less.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Pocketbook International SA, Crocicchio Cortogna, 6, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland, Tel/fax: +41 91 922 07 05, e-mail: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel a contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter, sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use our model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancelation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the Cancelation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Right to refund
Your satisfaction with our goods is important for us. Kindly note, that, because the goods represented in our shop refer to digital content, delivered via Internet download, it will be impossible to make it return. Considering that, You are entitled to ask us about the repair or replacement of the faulty digital content. We reserve the right to refuse to repair or replace the digital content if this remedy (the repair or the replacement):
- is impossible, or
- is disproportionate compared to the other remedies available to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, such as a refund or price reduction.
If the fault can’t be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, or we cannot replace the faulty digital content, you can get all your money you paid for the digital content back (right to refund). The right to a refund gives you the right to receive a refund from us of all your money paid for the digital content, except to the part of the price attributable to digital content that is not affected by the breach.
Kindly note, that repair and refund requests, if any, must be made within 30 (thirty) days of your original purchase as specified in section 22 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will make the refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we agree that you are entitled to such a refund. We will make a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees because of the refund.
We only accept return and refund requests from the persons who bought the digital content from us. We may ask you for proof that you bought an item from us. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement.
Important (!): We DO NOT guarantee that our digital content is fit for a particular purpose. We DO NOT know and DO NOT collect any data from you regarding the particular purpose for which you are contracting for our digital content.
