Caught between an ambitious Major Fenwick, commander of Fort Hughes, and Chief Horse Who Runs On Tiptoes, leader of a small band of renegade Cheyenne, Casey Beymer is forced to teach those Cheyenne how to play baseball in order to save his own neck.
