buried: the Underground City

After a catastrophe, world population has dramatically shrunk and people have to live in an underground city. Gradually, the extrenal environment improves and some of "the Buried" move outside, but, as a result, they become sterile. That is why they develop a plan to forced the Buried to put their children up for adoption.
