Nolan recently lost someone very special to him - and in his grief, he has struggled to continue living life as he once did. His anxiety is sky high, and only worsens when he becomes convinced his new neighbour is a serial killer. Nolan begins documenting everything, trying to secretly gather evidence against the man - determined to stop him, before he takes any more lives.
