Final Instinct

Joseph Kendrick tugged at the heartstrings of millions of people around the world in May 2013. Wigan captain Emmerson Boyce carried him onto the Wembley pitch as the official Wigan Athletic mascot for that year’s FA Cup final. Joseph suffers from a rare condition known as Non-Ketotic Hyperglycinemia and his family set up a charity – “Joseph’s Goal” - to research and eventually cure NKH.
