The Island of Gentlemen follows shipwrecked physician Edward Worthington as he washes ashore on a bizarre Victorian utopia where etiquette reigns supreme. In this meticulously ordered society of self-proclaimed gentlemen, he discovers that civilization's trappings may conceal something far stranger beneath their polished surfaces.
