Meditations at Sunrise

Mornings are my favorite time of day. I wake up in the mornings full of energy, with enthusiasm and joy. I go to bed at night like my grandson goes to sleep, grumbling, because he has so much to do that he assumes the night is over. Life is beautiful. Reflecting is part of that gift we have received.
