Photography of M the Journey to Stop, Look and Reflect

This book is about a journey to recover from PTSD through the use of photographs of beautiful images, to overwrite painful images and memories from the past. I want to help others also realise that they too can replace images in their minds with happier, calmer, more pleasant, beautiful, and less fearful memories.
