Four Guiding Principles that have changed the way I view myself in relationship to all that is.
Truth: Identify the root cause of self-limiting thoughts and beliefs
Integrity: To identify and strengthen moral character
Courage: To strengthen the mind that enables a person to face difficulties
Love: To live without fear and honor our connection to ourselves and others
I call this process The T.I.C....
