For Christians struggling with anxiety, Bible passages that say, "Don''t be anxious about anything," or, "Do not worry," may feel more challenging than comforting. Does God not understand that anxiety isn''t something that you can just stop? Of course not. God knows the struggles his people are facing—he knows the struggles you are facing.
