Wild Orchids

At the precipice of a new life beyond the ruins of my failed marriage, I was eager to discover who I could become outside the confines of that picture frame. I wanted to forge a trail of new experiences, ones I'd previously denied myself permission to indulge. I should have been more careful about what I wished for.
