Canal

Set in pre war Japan and the days of World War II. A simple Japanese boy takes the form of a novice monk in order to get an education. Follow him as he progresses from novice monk to a graduate of the naval academy at Etajima. A brilliant officer who leads an important mission to destroy the locks of the Panama Canal and become Japan's most celebrated hero, and a true humanitarian.
