Fortune Oyama is just a normal teenager. He goes to school, makes good grades, and spends time with his family and friends. Everything changes on the day of his eighteenth birthday, when a single Left Wing miraculously sprouts out of his back. Fortune learns he is part of a prophecy to either save or destroy the world.
