What began as an introductory course into poetry burned cravings into me, at times very confrontational with the professor, in wanting, needing to be heard. To have him know that I could write poetry, perhaps not as good as Blake, Conrad, Dickinson, Frost, Shakespeare and the countless dead poets whose name escapes me resulted with this compilation.
