La importancia de analizar nuestro objeto de estudio "la criminalidad" desde la multidisciplinariedad, radica en explicar de una manera más profunda y desde diversas disciplinas, tanto de lo social como fuera de este, la problemática de la criminalidad en relación a las violencias estructurales, con perspectiva de género y de grupos vulnerables, así como la participación del Estado como regulador del control social.

Presente trabajo reflexiona sobre tres temas: SISTEMA DE SANA CRITICA RACIONAL, DEBIDO PROCESO Y SEGURIDAD JURIDICA.

El ejercicio y el respeto de los derechos fundamentales tienen su maxima expresion en el entorno del proceso penal.

El modelo actual de responsabilidad penal de las personas juridicas ha relegado a un segundo plano el sistema de determinacion de sus penas.

Este trabajo es un estudio reducido de la tesis presentada en el libro Fundamentos de la Teoría Significativa de la Imputación, publicado por esta Editora en 2019, y presenta la estructura de una teoría alternativa a la teoría de la imputación, trayendo un concepto unitario de dolo que excluye toda posibilidad de clasificar el delito doloso, acabando con los denominados dolo directo de segundo grado y el dolo eventual, cambiándolos en nuevos tipos de imputación, como la imprudencia consciente gravísima y la imprudencia consciente grave, respectivamente.

Por la naturaleza didactica de la obra, la misma comienza con el analisis de los diversos conceptos de derecho penal, que nos brinda la doctrina, sus caracteristicas y generalidades, estableciendose de manera clara el significado de la norma penal.
