Porque creemos que el arte activa la imaginacion y la manera en que vemos y pensamos el mundo en el que vivimos, BIENALSUR construye una comunidad que reivindica el derecho a la cultura con la conviccion de que a partir de ella es posible dar visibilidad a otros derechos; por eso, uno de los objetivos centrales de nuestro proyecto es la inclusion de nuevos actores y la ampliacion de audiencias invitando a pensar con imagenes y experiencias esteticas.
